We accelerate careers
Our transformative two-day, in-person career accelerator programme is designed specifically to enable participants to define and take key steps towards achieving career ambitions. If not now...WHEN?
We deliver equity
In 2018, there were 25 Black women professors compared to 12,500 white men. We created and have been rolling out the 100 Black Women Professors NOW programme to change that. If not now...WHEN?
We build community
We believe in the power of community and host events specifically for women, trans women and non-binary people. By uniting from different institutions, disciplines and professions we believe we are stronger. If not now...WHEN?
