Onboarding Checklist

In the key resources section, you will find your onboarding checklist.

This has been created to support you with the operational management of each phase from recruitment, to the end of the programme. The checklist will also help you track progress against our recommended timeframes. 

Programme Guide

For your own understanding and clarity as strategic leads/programme coordinators, we recommend that you read the 'all stakeholders' guide which provides an overview of all stakeholder roles, commitments and responsibilities and share individual programme guides with each stakeholder group.

Adaptable application form

As you will be recruiting your academic cohort members within your institution shortly, we have provided you with a template for the application form. You may wish to adapt this based on your internal recruitment strategy i.e. if you are targeting specific faculties/departments or a specific cohort (PhD, early career, advanced academics) as opposed to a mixed cohort. 

Programme activity

You will find the overview of our programme activity for 2024, including dates. We will begin to provide venue locations for in person activities from September. This will include registration for the 100BWPN annual summit. 

Stakeholder map 

You will find a template of our stakeholder map to collate programme participants information. 

Sponsor Guidance

You will find additional guidance for selecting senior sponsors for the academic cohort members with support from your VC.

Supplier Information

You will find our supplier information to enable you to set us up on your systems and generate a purchase order. 

Book Onboarding Q&A Session 

To help ensure you have clarity on next steps, and answer any queries you may have, we recommend that you book a one-to-one onboarding Q&A session once you have read through the resources. 

The session will take place with our Senior Programme Manager, Temi Lawal who oversees the 100BWPN programme and you can book (simply hover over 'book' to be directed to booking page) a time that is convenient for you.
