Alison Mackay

Alison is an Executive coach, facilitator and Consultant, specialising in leadership, career development and inclusive talent management. Dedicated in using her coaching skills to create inclusive and safe spaces, Alison enables her clients to understand their challenges, shift perspective, gain clarity and make meaningful changes to achieve satisfying and fulfilling goals. Alison asks thought-provoking questions which help to expand thinking and the discovery of ideas. 

With global and cross-cultural experience, built through over 20 years of experience working with organisations in Europe, North and South America and Africa, Alison draws on this experience in her work with both organisations and individuals- helping to build inclusive workplaces where all talent can thrive. Alison has multiple-sector experience including Higher Education, Professional Services, Media and the Civil Service. Organisations include Channel 4 Television, Google, Ocado, Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA, now known as OFQUAL), and WHEN: Women in Higher Education Network.

Credentials and Qualifications: BA Hons in Human Resource Management and Marketing; DBM Career Management, ILM Certificate in Coaching; Certificate in Occupational Test use (Psychometrics Level A and Level B, including MBTI and 16PF). Alison is a member of the Association for Coaching and is committed to regular ICF coaching supervision.
