Ellie Rich-Poole
Ellie has worked closely with WHEN for the past six years. She co-founded our Career Accelerator programme and has delivered it numerous times to cohorts of women from across the sector, with outstanding feedback. In a former life she was a head-hunter and these days is a Career Development Coach supporting leaders to thrive, through coaching, workshops and keynotes.
Makeda Alleyne
We are over the moon to welcome Makeda to the team. She is leading on our programme portfolio and enabling us to double down on quality and impact. She is a public speaker, coach, consultant and programme director. We are incredibly lucky and we can't wait for you to meet her.Â
Donna Page
Donna is a highly experienced coach and works with senior leaders and with teams across the higher sector. She is highly respected and sought after and we are thrilled that she is joining the WHEN team on the Career Accelerator journey. Prior to running her own coaching practice, Donna was an HR leader for multi-nationals.Â
